Tomorrowland Winter

UX designer
Project Overview
In collaboration with Tomorrowland, Sunweb organised the first ever Tomorrowland Winter edition in the French Alps inMarch 2019. Part of the responsibility of Sunweb is to sell the tickets for Tomorrowland Winter on their website.
My Contributions
As the lead designer of the project, I was responsible for the overall design of the shop.
Since the user flow was new and quite complex, we decided to wireframe the complete flow, before starting to build the project.

Challenges in the flow were:
-      Transport type: depending on the transport type, the prices would change. This meant we had the user select this before showing any search results.
-      Favourites: Users could select favourite accommodations before the actual booking process started. Per favourite, different transport types could be     selected
-      Personalisation: Since bookings can become very large, personalisation of the booking was     proven to be challenging.

The result of this project was visualised by an UI designer. The sale of the tickets was a success.
